We always have a great experience here! Everyone in the office is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My kids actually enjoy coming to appointments because they love seeing the fish while we wait. The staff always makes us feel comfortable, and we truly appreciate the excellent care and positive atmosphere.

My daughter just got her braces! The Sierra Vista office staff has been so helpful, friendly and super awesome our whole journey. So thankful for great service and amazing staff the past 2 1/2 years!!

The office is good. The workers are excellent , kind, nice and friendly.🤗 Always working with your schedule. Kids are happy and I'm satisfied. We had a good experience 😁.
Doctor Brian and Rosen are amazing and great with kids . I recommen this office to people and kids who need braces.

Great place, I've been going here for a couple yrs now the orthodontist and front office ladies are extremely nice, Mia always helps us , and also help you with any questions or stuff you have and find times for appointments that fit with your schedule:p

One of the hardest things about being an out of state college student who does not know anyone in the state they moved to is finding doctors you can trust. I went to Brace520 specifically for Dr. Andrew Rosen after seeing many recommendations for him off of Facebook. I went in for rebonding on my permeant retainer and left with nothing but amazing things to say about him and his staff. I could not recommend him enough, he was very kind and patient with me.

If you want fast, friendly, professional ortho treatment, this is the place! Dr. Decker and Dr. Rosen are the absolute best!

I cant express enough how absolutely lovely the staff is here, they truly made me feel welcomed and calm the whole time despite my severe dental anxiety. Not to mention the hard work and care they put into making sure I get the best experience! I 100% recommend coming here if you're like me and have a fear of braces!! I am absolutely excited to come back to my next appointment.

Completed my treatment of spark aligners with Braces520. From the start of my treatment everyone was very nice and ensured I was satisfied with my outcome. Mia at the front desk was always happy to help me with my appointment scheduling.

My 8yr old was evaluated for spacing issues 6 months ago. Everyone, from the front of the office to the back, were super helpful. Friendly and very inviting. We returned yesterday to have braces applied. It was a very pleasant experience. They were all very positive and gave my son lots of positive reinforcement for his good job. Thank you to Dr. Decker, Elizabeth, Zita and the entire staff!!
