Totally fair — but don’t worry, we don’t expect you to! That’s why we offer in-house (no application or credit check) 0% interest payment plans with low down payments and flexible monthly options. If the upfront cost is still too high, we can adjust your monthly payments to make it work for your budget. It’s that simple. We accept all major credit cards and Flex FSA/HSA Cards for your payments.

Actually, most plans do help! We are in-network with virtually every dental and orthodontic insurance, allowing you to maximize your benefit. Most dental plans include a lifetime orthodontic benefit between $1,000 and $3,000 for treatment. When you come in, our team will verify your benefits, help you understand how it applies, and bill your insurance for you if you start treatment.

For example, if your treatment is $5,000 and insurance covers $2,000, you’re just responsible for the remaining $3,000—and yes, you can finance that $3,000 with 0% interest over the length of your treatment (and at an average length of 24 months, that’s just $125 a month!).

Be careful here- you get what you pay for! We often get patients who chose the cheapest option or went across the border for treatment coming to our office years later so we can fix the poor work that was done to their teeth. In addition, some low-priced quotes leave out important things like retainers, bottom braces, emergency visits, or extra treatment time. Or, at many low priced offices, you won’t see the doctor at every appointment, or there is a high doctor turnover rate, so there is a high risk you’ll go through multiple doctors and lack consistency in your care.

Would you want your primary care doctor doing your heart surgery? Orthodontics is not a topic covered in dental school, so most dentists just take a few weekend or online courses to “learn” orthodontics and only use it on a few patients per year. Compare that orthodontists who train for three extra years to specialize in aligning teeth and jaws, and treat thousands of patients per year. At Braces520, this is all we do. Nope! Unlike most offices, we do not charge extra for Invisalign. Whether you chose braces or Invisalign, you can rest easy knowing your treatment fee will be the same, and you can pick the treatment option that best fits your lifestyle.

Yes! We offer a 5% discount if you pay your treatment in full. We also offer a discount to military, teachers, nurses, and first responders. In addition, since we are in-network with more insurances than any other office in Southern Arizona, most patients also qualify for an in-network insurance discount in addition to what the insurance pays, further lowering your financial responsibility.

Yes! Orthodontics is a qualified expense for nearly all Flex/HSA/FSA healthcare plans. Our financial coordinators will help make sure you can utilize your account properly and you get the proper receipts from us.
