Highly recommend. Came here for all 3 of our orthodontia and great experiences all around. The whole staff is incredible!

We have had a great experience with Braces520 by Andrew Rosen Orthodontics ! The staff from the front office to back are professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate their great service they have provided for my son.

I currently have three children in braces. The general care of all three has been fantastic. The office is always incredibly friendly and attentive, and the orthodontist has been great at answering my questions and explaining things to me, never rushed, always patient. Recently, my 18 year old was at the end of her treatment and needed to get her braces off and be fitted for a retainer, but it got complicated because she was unexpectedly moving out of state in three days. The orthodontist and his office went out of their way to squeeze us in and make everything happen within the next few days, saving us hundreds of dollars on what we would’ve had to spend to fly her back down to get her braces off and her retainer fitted at a later date. We are so happy with Braces 520 and would absolutely recommend them.

Dr. Decker and Dr. Rosen are amazing! They’re both so knowledgeable and they are wonderful with their patients. Everyone in the office is always so kind and caring. Our appointment is always on time and we never feel that we are rushed. The office is clean and spacious!

Incredibly kind staff. Very helpful in answering all of my questions and making my family feel comfortable. Dr. Decker was very detailed in explaining the treatment plan for my son. Dr. Rosen was kind and efficient when my son got his expander. Every person in this office is welcoming and helpful.

Lindsey was amazing. She has a wonderful personality and is very detailed in her work. I highly recommend Braces 520

Dr. Rosens and Dr. Deckers is an awesome place for braces. They work with you on payment plans. The waiting room is great for large families and they have refreshments while you wait. You get to pick the color elastics on your braces. The staff is very accommodating for your needs. Only have had great experiences there. Would recommend 100 percent. They even have a more private area if you don't like crowds. And they give the kids free shirts! They have helpful pictures so your kids know to brush good or what will happen. Close to the Sierra Vista mall. Thank you guys.

It was a really good experience. The people were nice. They did a good job. I recommend going here for your orthodontist needs. Dr. Rosen and Dr. decker are great.

My experience with Dr. Rosen’s office has been everything and more. Starting with your initial visit, the office is spacious and clean. Then when you get your consultation, they greet you by name and answer all of your questions from the get go. I want to especially mention Dr. Decker and Lindsey! Dr. Deckers work shows in itself, and I’m stoked to have someone who sat with me and actually talk things through as well as care about MY smile as much as I do? I cannot stress this enough.

In addition to service— be honest. If you have concerns or questions or need extra explanation they WILL explain it to you. You just need to ask and have the open conversations otherwise how will they ever know?

Lastly, the women are fantastic and wonderful. Lindsey always made it feel like a comfortable, friendly appointment with no stress. Trust her with my braces needs!
