Today was our 1st visit to the Sierra Vista location. We were pretty sure that we definitely were not going to be able to afford the treatment our daughter desperately needs. Not only is the plan super affordable with a small down payment and monthly auto pay-they started the next step immediately. They placed the bottom row of braces in the same visit. They also were very thorough in making sure we all knew how to care for her teeth and the expectations moving forward. We are all stoked to know that we can actually afford to give our child a beautiful smile! Thank you so much to the entire crew!

Rosa was fantastic!! Dr Rosen and Dr Decker have been amazing taking care of my kids . I would highly recommend this practice .Front staff is very professional. They offer in house financing with 0 interest and low monthly payments!

Took my autistic grandson (12) in today who has a fear of doctors. The entire staff was so great and friendly. Cathy took great care with him and explained everything to him. He left loving his braces and had an awesome experience.

As an adult, deciding to get into braces (again) was a bit intimidating. I put it off for many years but made the decision to go for it. My preference was to try the newer clear devices and requested to begin on Invisalign. My teeth were being stubborn and am grateful for Dr. Decker who took time to discuss options with me the uniqueness of my situation. He was able to find a (clear!) solution to turn my smile as perfect I always envied in others. I thank him for communicating the methods used and helping me feel part of the process of my care. The front desk staff and technicians at Braces 520 are friendly, helpful and take good care of all your needs with proficiency.

I took my son in for an a consultation due to just moving here and his permanent retainer came off. I never expected how thorough the consultation would be. Everything was explained in detail from cost to treatment, with no hidden surprises. The staff was absolutely amazing, we felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. I feel very comfortable about my sons treatment and I feel like he is in good hands.

Dr. Rosen and his team are amazing. From check in to check out everyone at the practice is outstanding. Their office manager is great. Dr. Rosen and Val did a great job my child had no pain after. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen and Braces 520.

God is Amazing!! Dr. Rosen treated me many years ago and he is an artist in orthodontics. My smile came out beautiful. Years later, I’m being re-treated by Dr. Decker for partial orthodontics due to some movement that occurred (due to my decisions). This office was and continues to be highly professional with expert staff. I am impressed with the care they all put into their patients. I’m looking forward to my finished smile.

I am so happy with my results and my treatment at Braces520. Dr. Decker was professional and thorough with his work. The office staff was always so kind and considerate and really quick! I’m so happy with my results I would recommend everyone to this clinic.
