We had a wonderful experience! Dr. Decker was amazing with our son, kind, patient, and took the time to make him feel comfortable. Dr. Rosen and the entire staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we walked in. We also really appreciated how quickly we were taken back, with little to no wait in the lobby, which is a huge plus when you have kids. Highly recommend this office!

Today was our 1st visit to the Sierra Vista location. We were pretty sure that we definitely were not going to be able to afford the treatment our daughter desperately needs. Not only is the plan super affordable with a small down payment and monthly auto pay-they started the next step immediately. They placed the bottom row of braces in the same visit. They also were very thorough in making sure we all knew how to care for her teeth and the expectations moving forward. We are all stoked to know that we can actually afford to give our child a beautiful smile! Thank you so much to the entire crew!

Rosen Orthodontics has been an awesome experience! Their staff is amazing, and Dr.Decker is very fun and professional. They helped me feel confident with my smile and comfortable doing it!!

Took my Daughter for a consultation today and walked out with braces, same day. Very professional staff and very clean. Rose and Jazmin were amazing and very thorough. Dr.’s made my little one feel right at home and made her day! I recommend this office to anyone!

We always have a great experience here! Everyone in the office is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My kids actually enjoy coming to appointments because they love seeing the fish while we wait. The staff always makes us feel comfortable, and we truly appreciate the excellent care and positive atmosphere.

My daughter just got her braces! The Sierra Vista office staff has been so helpful, friendly and super awesome our whole journey. So thankful for great service and amazing staff the past 2 1/2 years!!

The office is good. The workers are excellent , kind, nice and friendly.🤗 Always working with your schedule. Kids are happy and I'm satisfied. We had a good experience 😁.
Doctor Brian and Rosen are amazing and great with kids . I recommen this office to people and kids who need braces.

Great place, I've been going here for a couple yrs now the orthodontist and front office ladies are extremely nice, Mia always helps us , and also help you with any questions or stuff you have and find times for appointments that fit with your schedule:p

One of the hardest things about being an out of state college student who does not know anyone in the state they moved to is finding doctors you can trust. I went to Brace520 specifically for Dr. Andrew Rosen after seeing many recommendations for him off of Facebook. I went in for rebonding on my permeant retainer and left with nothing but amazing things to say about him and his staff. I could not recommend him enough, he was very kind and patient with me.
