Great service! Drove more than an hour to get care here. Totally worth it love everyone. Great service by Dr.Rosen and Dr.Decker. The braces and expander are great modified to your liking.

My daughter was incredibly nervous about getting her braces, but Dr. Rosen and Dr. Decker at 520 Braces were absolute lifesavers. They went above and beyond to help her work through her anxiety. She walked into the office a nervous wreck and walked out a happy, smiling 10-year-old girl with her upper row of braces—and she is actually excited about returning for her lower row! The patience, care, and compassion shown by the entire team made all the difference. We cannot recommend 520 Braces highly enough!

Our experience at Braces520 has been extraordinary. The staff is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Decker has been a life saving help for my son. Through their work with expanders and braces, my son has gone from 80% airway blockage to now breathing well and sleeping through the night. His smile and confidence is transformed. Braces520 is amazing! Both Dr. Rosen and Dr. Decker are very friendly and professional. We met the newest Dr on our last visit and he was so friendly. We started this journey in February and every employee we have interacted with has been wonderful. The office is well ran, appointments are always timely and all areas are very clean. They offer great financial options as well! Definitely recommend these guys for your orthodontics needs!

Braces520 by Andrew Rosen Orthodontics has been great. The building is very nice and clean, which is nice. The staff is professional and polite. My children really enjoy coming here, especially because there are prize Perks. I do recommend this practice if you have one nearby.

Staff is always welcoming, and friendly. Dr is great with all ages and the building is kept clean and inviting. My daughter can't wait to see all her progress when she gets her braces off!

Ricky loves coming to the orthodontist. Dr. Decker tells him exactly what he needs! All of the hygienist are very professional. Very clean office. They also have payment plans!

This is the best dentist place that I could find in Tucson and it’s gonna be the best in one year or two or this month because I went here and they were so careful with her mouth and they don’t poke you anywhere with your braces or anything you also can earn different prizes if you’re a young enough child and you can earn a $50 I mean not a 50 you can earn a $10 gift card if you get 50 points and you can earn more points by coming here you can get retainers you can get braces you can get expanders. Everything is amazing here they all understand you the workers are fun. They have a coffee machine if you want any coffee and of course Dr. Rosen is really cool guy that can help you with your braces. The kids club is a whole new thing so if you wanna get a different prize you can get a different prize for example you get pin collector prizes, and there are these chests in the front of the entrance and then if you would like to earn any gift cards they have many different types like a target gift card cinema gift card, Starbucks gift card Domino’s gift card Amazon gift card and I think more and we also if you give them a review like I’m doing you can also earn points the end One last thing Mia Mia and Julissa are the best workers here.
