Braces520 is the BEST in Sierra Vista, and whoever’s second is not even close! My daughter has had her braces for the past 15 months and is always so excited for her appointment. Happy to leave a review 😊

One of the most well-run clinics I've ever been to in my lift. Efficient, on time, almost zero waiting, high-tech (can sign in with tablet on wall if the desk staff has a line). Skilled. Personable. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Gracie was very helpful and very sweet it was nice to listen to her talk about how she got here and that how she loves her job and all of her patience im so glad that i am one of them she was as gentle as she could be

Great service! Drove more than an hour to get care here. Totally worth it love everyone. Great service by Dr.Rosen and Dr.Decker. The braces and expander are great modified to your liking.

My daughter was incredibly nervous about getting her braces, but Dr. Rosen and Dr. Decker at 520 Braces were absolute lifesavers. They went above and beyond to help her work through her anxiety. She walked into the office a nervous wreck and walked out a happy, smiling 10-year-old girl with her upper row of braces—and she is actually excited about returning for her lower row!
The patience, care, and compassion shown by the entire team made all the difference. We cannot recommend 520 Braces highly enough!

Our experience at Braces520 has been extraordinary. The staff is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Decker has been a life saving help for my son. Through their work with expanders and braces, my son has gone from 80% airway blockage to now breathing well and sleeping through the night. His smile and confidence is transformed. Thank you for the excellent service. Rosie was phenomenal with all her help. The doctors are the best, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Rosen and all of his staff. We are very pleased with our overall experience!

Braces520 is amazing! Both Dr. Rosen and Dr. Decker are very friendly and professional. We met the newest Dr on our last visit and he was so friendly. We started this journey in February and every employee we have interacted with has been wonderful. The office is well ran, appointments are always timely and all areas are very clean. They offer great financial options as well! Definitely recommend these guys for your orthodontics needs!
